Dr. Allen is empathetic, kind, thorough and imaginative. I saw him after a horrible consultation with another surgeon and he gave me the thing I needed most - hope. Just Love Dr. Allen. I had a tummy tuck in 2020 and just returned to him for another procedure. He is always very informative and honest. He went above and beyond my expectations. Highly recommend him and will not think twice to go to him again. He is very knowledgeable and good at what he does. Remember he could only work with what you bring him. He is not a miracle worker. Bio

Dr. Brian Allen is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon with Hartford HealthCare. Clinically, his interests include breast reconstruction and augmentation, skin cancer reconstruction, abdominoplasty/body contouring, facial cosmetic surgery, facial trauma and lower extremity reconstruction.

After finishing an undergraduate degree at Cornell University, Dr. Allen earned a medical degree from the State University of New York Upstate Medical University. He completed a general surgery residency at the University of Connecticut Health Center and a plastic surgery residency at Emory University.

Dr. Allen is board certified by the American Board of Surgery.
