For admitted patients
Use the attached garage or main entrance 5-minute drop-off zone. Move vehicles to garage after drop-off.

What to Bring
- Insurance card
- Photo ID (driver’s license, passport, or other government ID)
- Prescription medications
- List of over-the-counter medications, vitamins, supplements, or herbal products (for procedures)
- Glasses, dentures, hearing aids, and assistive devices

- Cash
- Cell phones (if restricted for your care setting)
- Large amounts of clothing or toiletries
- Valuables (jewelry, electronics, etc.)
If valuables cannot be left at home, they may be stored in the hospital safe with a receipt provided. The hospital cannot assume responsibility for lost items but will assist in locating them.
